Ig_file_download Abstract

Usage :  IG_FILE_DOWNLOAD is a program which converts a Beck-Mayer
	  Interactive Graphics (IG) file from ASCII text format into
	  its binary equivalent in a Filesharing file for use by an
	  Interactive Graphics application program.  There are no
	  command line arguments.  The user is prompted for the source
	  and destination file names.  See also IG_FILE_UPLOAD.

Restart:  This is not a constantly running process.  It is executed
	  on demand.
