Frcons Abstract

Usage :  FRCONS is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	 handles refrigerator device consolidation requests.
	 You can view log files for FRCONS in the directory
	 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

	 FRCONS creates an array of device readings, with two error bytes
	 preceding each reading.  The expression is a list of subordinate
	 devices, separated by whitespace, commas, or plus signs, for example:

	    * T:A0uptm+T:B0uptm+T:C0uptm+T:D0uptm+T:E0uptm+T:F0uptm 

	 Because of the way lengths and offsets are used in FRCONS devices,
	 do not use the device:offset:length syntax in your specification.

Restart: FRCONS is restarted when the DAE is restarted.
