Usage : FLOWSM is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which calculates the sum of the flow meters in every frig house. You can view log files for FLOWSM in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'. Restart: FLOWSM is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
