Eccoll Abstract

Usage :   ECCOLL is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	  manages scraper control for Electron Cooling.  It works in
	  concert with page B110 (PA2025).  You can view log files for
	  ECCOLL in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.  You
	  can also view the operation of this OAC through the shared
	  log file ECCOLLLG.

Restart:  ECCOLL is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
