Dllrf Abstract

Usage :  DLLRF is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	 interfaces with ethernet boards to control the Debuncher
	 low level RF.  You can view log files for DLLRF in the
	 directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

Restart: DLLRF is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
