Dabbel Abstract

Usage :   DABBEL (DAtaBase Batch Edit Language) is used to add, delete and
	  modify the ACNET device database.
	  DABBEL runs on node ADBS.

Restart:  NOT APPLICABLE.  This task is run on user demand through the
	  DABBEL account.  (Type DABBEL at any VMS prompt.)
