Clockpeek Abstract

Usage : clockpeek is task which runs on all ACNET nodes. It listens to
the TCLK multicasts which are put on the Ethernet each 1/15 second
by the UCDA or UCDB node. Tables of when the various clock events
last happened are updated in the CNSCOM shared memory area. CLIB
routines allow application programs to determine when clock events
	  have happened.

Restart: clockpeek is started on an Acnet boot (Centrals) or
	  on a cnsrun (console nodes).
