Build_clock_tables Abstract

Usage :  The purpose of this program is modify TCLK event information.
	 This program should be edited and run whenever TCLK event information
	 is changed.  The program BUILD_CLOCK_NAMES should be edited and run
	 before this program is run.  Also, the files 'tclk_events.h' and
	 'tclk_events.txt' in CLIB should be edited before running this program.
	 After both programs have been run any new events should be typed in
	 on the appropriate display subpage on T61 and the subpage saved.
	 The sister program to T61 (presently D61) should request new defaults
	 from T61.

	 The command usage syntax is as follows:

	 /usr/local/mecca_head/mecca/services/build_clock_tables/build_clock_tables.sh

	 You can also update the clock definitions with the following command:

	 /usr/local/mecca_head/mecca/services/build_clock_tables/update_clock_tables.sh

Restart: This is not a constantly running process.  It is executed on
	 demand using the command shown above in the usage section.
