Bccoac Abstract

Usage :  BCCOAC is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	 gathers all of the miscellaneous devices for beam cycle
	 coordination.  You can view log files for BCCOAC in the
	 directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

Restart: BCCOAC is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
