  - Expression support added.  Use '#' as the first character in an 
    expression parameter line.

 New features added 22-Jan-1996 include:                     
                                                             
  - Array device support for Reading, Setting, Basic status, 
    and Basic Control properties.                            
  - Knobbing of word-swapped (68000) I*4 devices.            
  - Knobbing of devices with floating point raw data.        
  - Display Error Help window if user clicks on device error.
  - Flash MIBS events at correct time.                       
  - Suppress DPM Pending errors when new device typed in.    
  - Change obsolete and deleted devices into comments.
